Fees and charges
At Air Arabia, we think that our customers should only pay for the services they need. This is why we offer a wide range of optional services allowing you to choose the extras that you value and save even more.
The prices of the optional services can vary by flight. Select your origin and destination to get the details about the services applicable on your flight
Flight rescheduling and cancellation
In case of flight cancellation, you will be notified in advance and provided with an alternative flight or offered a full refund.
In case of a flight schedule change, if the difference in time between the original and the new departure time is greater than 4 hours, passengers will have the choice of either accepting the new schedule, selecting another Air Arabia flight to the same sector up to 7 days before or after the initial flight schedule, cancel the flight without charges and retain the amount paid as Air Arabia credit for a period of one year, or request for ticket refund.
Duplicate payments
If your credit card is debited multiple times for the same booking, please inform us mentioning the error message, either by contacting our call center or our website.
We will check the payment issue that you faced and in case of a duplicated booking caused by a system error from our end we will refund the duplicated amount to your credit card.
Lost or damaged baggage
Air Arabia does its best to deliver your luggage at the scheduled time of arrival, however in case your luggage is lost and we are unable to trace it, our liability for lost or damaged baggage is limited to USD 20.00 per kg and a maximum of 20 KG per passenger.

Flight delays
In case of flight delays, we will ensure to notify passengers via email and sms, if available, as long as whenever the delay time allows doing so. We will also ensure you are provided with required assistance needed and we will protect your seat on the next available flight to the same destination. However, if we are unable to provide you with a flight to the same destination that you have selected or if the flight delay is more than 4 hours, you will be entitled to request for a ticket refund.
