What do I get for being a member of Namshi Rewards?
You get access to certain promotions and benefits for being a member. You will earn Namshi points for purchasing products on the Namshi app or website and redeem for a variety of Namshi promotions.
How many points do I get for shopping on Namshi.com?
You get 1 Namshi point for every 1 AED/SAR and 10 Namshi points for every 1 OMR/KWD/BHD spent on Namshi, except in case of cancellations and returns. The number of Namshi points that can be earned is mentioned on the product detail page and on your order confirmation page/email. Once the product is delivered, your points will be credited into your account under My Namshi Rewards section.
If I’m not happy with my order, do I get a refund and get my money back?
For all prepaid orders, we do offer a refund on credit card and/or PayPal. However, the same is not applicable for cash on delivery orders.
If you paid for your order via a credit / debit card, you can return items to Namshi and also ask for a refund back to your credit / debit card.
Just log into your Namshi Account and create a return request within 14 days from the date of receipt. Make sure your products are unused with the original tag still attached.
You can choose whether you want your money refunded as Namshi Credit or back to your credit/ debit card and you’re done!
COD orders will have its refund through Namshi credit and will be posted on your official Namshi account.
What if the item I received is damaged on delivery?
In case we made a mistake, call us on +971 800 626744 (Toll-free in the UAE) or create a ticket by visiting our Help Centre. We will schedule a pick-up of the item and immediately issue Namshi credit to place a new order.
What is the return notice period?
