CAN YOU HELP ME WITH MY PROMO CODE?
1. Check you've entered the code correctly
You need to enter the code exactly as it was given to you, without any spaces. Type or copy and paste the code into the 'Promo/Student code' box. To make the text box appear, click on the arrow at the end of 'Promo/Student code or Vouchers'
2. Make sure you click 'Apply code'
Once you've entered the code, click on 'Apply Code' and it will add the code to your order. When the code has been applied to your order, you'll see the promo value and the total of your order will change to reflect the code.

Returns Policy
We've extended the time you get to make a return and get a refund from 28 days to 45 days (you'll get a gift voucher as your refund if you return between 29 and 45 days)!
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURNED ITEMS?
Once your return has been received by our warehouse, we'll email you to let you know your refund has been issued. It can then take 5-10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
If you've returned more than one order in the same parcel, please allow up to 24 hours for all returned items to be processed.
The time it takes for your parcel to reach us varies depending on where you are returning it from.
Can I exchange an item?
We can't offer an exchange on returned items but you can send something back for a full refund and then place a new order for the size, colour or item you'd prefer.
