How to Earn the Points?
Every time you shop at any of the Joyalukkas Jewellery showrooms and Wedding Centers, points will accumulate in your JGR card. The points vary depending on the purchase of Gold, Diamond, Precious or Pearl jewellery, silver & textiles etc.
Refunds and returns
If the goods are faulty or do not correspond to the order you placed, and you would like to cancel your order and obtain a refund, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the goods.. If you exercise your statutory right to cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied due to your handling of them. You must return goods to us in the same condition in which you received them.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we received back from you any goods supplied; (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods by Royal Mail recorded delivery; or if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

How to Redeem the Points?
Redemption of points on reaching a target earned, shall be adjusted in the form of "cash back" allowed on future purchases from the country where the card is issued.
