Refund Policy
If the customer wishes to return our product, he/she can do so within 14 days. We will ensure that the entire amount is refunded to the customer’s account within 10 working days. Below mentioned conditions are applicable for refund.

-To initiate return, we would send a ‘Return Packaging Kit’ to the customer to pack the product in such packaging and handover the same to courier person. The whole reverse pick up procedure would take atleast 7-10 working days. It is also advised to note down the courier airway bill number.
-Once the product is received and successfully undergoes the quality check, the refund shall be done.

Cancellation Policy
In case of any discrepancy we can cancel any of the orders. -Our buyback policy is applicable, only if you wish to return the jewellery, solitaire diamond or gold coin for money back in future after 14 days of purchase.

Exchange Policy
If the customer wishes to exchange any jewellery that is purchased from www.malabargoldanddiamonds.com they can do so, by returning the same to www.malabargoldanddiamonds.com, registered address or to any of our stores in India.
-If exchanged within 14 days of purchase:
100% exchange of invoice value can be availed by the customer, if the product is exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Exchange of Smart Buy orders, Gold Coins, Customised Jewellery orders and personlaised jewellery orders are not allowed. For this exchnage policy of after 14 days is applicable.
- If exchanged after 14 days of purchase:
