We offer 12 months interest-free credit to all customers who spend over £249, subject to status and a minimum deposit payment of 25% of the total goods value.
Returns Policy
We are happy to refund or exchange any product*† purchased in store or via www.mothercare.com returned within 30 days of purchase (excluding delivery charges). Non-sale items purchased in store can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase and sale products bought in store can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. In all cases a returned product must be its original state, unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required (for online orders you can use your order acknowledgement email or dispatch email).
Can I use "Love 2 Shop" (formerly High Street) vouchers in Mothercare?
All Mothercare stores are able to accept Love 2 Shop vouchers (formerly high street vouchers).
However, we are unable to give change back in the form of cash or Love 2 Shop vouchers.
Change can only be given on a Mothercare Gift Card.
These vouchers cannot be used online or over the phone.
How do I use a promotion code?
In order to claim an online discount with a promotional code, you will need to enter the promotion code when prompted.
When you view the basket and progress to the checkout, look underneath the items for the wording
-'Do you have a promotional code?'
-click the hyper text which says 'Apply code'
-enter your promotion code.
Click apply and your discount will be applied to your order, this may not show until you go through to the payment screen.
If there is a promotion such as 'buy 1 get 1 free' your total basket will show the full amount until you get to the checkout.
Most common reasons for promotion codes not working are: being out of date; being applied to products that are not eligible or the order limit not being the correct amount.
Refund policy
Mothercare and ELC are happy to refund/exchange any unused merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase upon production of your proof of purchase (you can show your order confirmation or order dispatch email), as long as they are returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging. You can return items to any local store for a refund under our returns policy.
This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or misdescribed.
