What is Namshi Rewards?
Namshi Rewards is Namshi’s loyalty programme and is open to all users who have signed up for the programme or customers who have purchased from Namshi.com. All customers who purchase on Namshi.com automatically get enrolled in the programme
Rules and Conditions for Return / Exchange:
-Return/Exchange can only be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
-The item should be in good condition and not used along with the original tag.
-It should also be in the same brand box you received.
Unfortunately, we have a no-return policy on some of our products. We advise you to read the product description thoroughly before purchasing your desired product.
Refunds
For all prepaid orders, we do offer a refund on credit card and/or PayPal. However, the same is not applicable for cash on delivery orders.
If you paid for your order via a credit / debit card, you can return items to Namshi and also ask for a refund back to your credit / debit card.
Just log into your Namshi Account and create a return request within 14 days from the date of receipt. Make sure your products are unused with the original tag still attached.
You can choose whether you want your money refunded as Namshi Credit or back to your credit/ debit card and you’re done!
COD orders will have its refund through Namshi credit and will be posted on your official Namshi account.

Can I cancel the coupon offer I redeemed using my Namshi points?
No, Namshi points used to activate offers cannot be reversed, i.e. once a promotion/coupon is activated, it cannot be deactivated. Please read the offer page carefully and understand usage and T&Cs of respective coupons before redeeming.
