How do I find out the balance on my Next Gift Card/eVoucher?
To check the balance on your Gift Card/eVoucher please call 0333 777 8800* in the UK or 1890886111 in the ROI. Alternatively, if you would like to chat to an advisor please click here. In addition to this, you can check your balance in any one of our stores.
Cancelling your order
Under Consumer Regulations you have the right to cancel your order as long as you do so no later than 14 days after the day on which you received the goods or service.
Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain goods that we sell, please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.
Returns with receipts
We are happy to exchange or refund any item returned in a saleable condition, in its original packaging with its receipt within 28 days* or for items purchased in a sale, within 15 days. A refund will be issued by the original payment method, to the value of the item printed on the receipt.
Returns without receipts
If you do not have a receipt, we may, at our discretion offer an exchange to the value of the current or most recent selling price. This does not restrict your rights to return faulty items with proof of purchase.
