Yes. If you happen to change your flight booking please inform our reservations offices to make necessary change at the earliest. Once you cancel your booking depending upon the fare basis of the ticket, you may be entitled for refund, fly on another day, pay additional charges. Please check with our local reservation offices in this regard.
Can I make change or refund my E-ticket that I have not used?
If you wish to change an E-ticket for flight date / sector / class etc., or get a refund, we can do so and take the amount to issue a new paper/e-ticket provided fare basis permits. Refund against e-tickets will only be processed against the itinerary receipt and valid photo identification and the amount due after deducting the applicable charges will be credited back on the same way the original payment was made.
