If for some reason you are not satisfied with our service, you are entitled to claim for a refund on the Shop and Ship lifetime membership within the first 12 months of the membership. Once you submit the claim, we will deactivate your account and refund the amount paid in 7 working days.

Missing item
You need to contact the merchant for more information about your order.
