Free monthly prints with the Snapfish apps
Our free monthly prints offer is for customers who install and upload photos from Snapfish Apps. It allows you to get up to 100 free 4"x6" prints each month when you order from your mobile device. Terms and conditions follow:
Offers valid for US customers only
-Download, open, and log into the Snapfish App and your Snapfish account will be credited with 100 free 4"x6" prints; 100 additional free print credits will be added monthly
-Unused credits will expired at the end of each month, and 100 new print credits will be added to your account the first of the month
-Credits are for mail order only, so on the "Review Order" screen, be sure to choose "SHIP TO" as credits do not apply to "PICK-UP" orders
-Credits are not valid for 4"x6" collage prints or 4"x6" wallet prints
-No promotion code is needed as credits will automatically apply upon checkout
-Free prints credits only apply when ordering in the mobile app. These credits will not apply for orders placed on the site
-Shipping charges and any taxes are not included in this offer
Cancel an order
-You cannot cancel an order if it has been longer than 60 minutes since you placed the order
-You cannot cancel an order from within our mobile apps, so if you placed an order in an app, start at step 2 below on our web site.
To cancel an order, follow these steps.
-If you are still on the order receipt page, look at the botton left of the page under "Need to make changes", and click "Let us know". A timer shows next to the link, to let you know how much time you have left to cancel the order.
-If you are not on the order receipt page, go to your home page and in the "Recent Orders" section at the top of the page, click "View order details" on the right of the order you want to cancel. Alternatively, you can open the order details page for the order from your ORDER HISTORY page.
-On the order details page, you will see the Cancel Order icon. Click it and on the subsequent screen, confirm that you wish to cancel your order. A confirmation will then appear on the order details page to inform you that your order has been successfully cancelled.
International shipping
You can ship your orders to friends and family outside of the United States (awesome!), and we accept international credit cards, but we want to be sure to let you know that shipments to other countries vary widely depending on country.
International orders are sent via USPS Air-mail letter post.
Order is late
If your order for delivery has not arrived by the delivery date on your shipping confirmation email, please wait a couple days more and then contact us via chat, email or phone. See details at Contact US Customer Service.
For Pick Up In Store orders, if you do not get an email from the store saying your order is ready by the Estimate Pick-Up time, please visit or call the retail location to resolve the problem.
Shipping and delivery for US
The date you can expect your one-of-a-kind Snapfish items to arrive depends on two things: 1) the amount of time it takes us to make them (up to three days), and 2) the shipping method you select.
Important: When you place your order we provide you the total shipping cost, but each item included in your order ships separately once it's finished. Items may also ship a day or two apart because some take longer to make than others. When each item is shipped, you'll receive notification from us that your purchase is on its way!
